复脾汤对STZ大鼠胰岛素、C-肽等影响的实验研究

Complex spleen Decoction on STZ rats insulin,C-peptide influence experimental study

目的观察复脾汤对STZ大鼠胰岛素、C-肽和血糖等生化指标的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为2组,另以生理盐水为对照,与模型组和治疗组进行对比,观察复脾汤对大鼠胰岛素、C-肽和血糖等生化指标的变化。结果治疗组与模型组、空白组相比有显著性差异(P【0.05,P【0.01)。结论复脾汤能够影响胰岛素、C-肽和血糖等生化指标,具有保护和修复胰腺组织的功能。

Objective To observe the effect of compound spleen Decoction on STZ rat insulin,C-peptide and blood glucose and other biochemical indexes.Methods The preparation of streptozotocin diabetic rats model,were randomly divided into 2 groups,the other with physiological saline as control group,model group and treated group and contrast,was observed after spleen Decoction on Rats’ insulin,C-peptide and blood glucose and other biochemical changes.Results The treatment group was significantly associated with the model group,control group had significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Compound spleen decoction can influence insulin,C-peptide and blood biochemical indices,with the protection and restoration of the function of pancreatic tissue.
