目的纤支镜在重症监护病房治疗急性呼吸衰竭的护理工作要点。方法重症监护病房出现急性呼吸衰竭症状患者55例作为研究对象,采用纤支镜吸引及支气管肺段灌洗、局部注射药物治疗的方法,在护理过程中加强患者心电、血压、呼吸的检测,并帮助患者及时排出分泌物。结果通过护理患者的肺部感染得到了有效的控制,缩短了患者重症监护治疗的时间,使患者能够得到更好的治疗和康复。

Objective The purpose of bronchoscopy care work points the treatment of acute respiratory failure in the intensive care unit.Discuss ICU patients with symptoms of acute respiratory failure in 55 patients as research subjects the bronchoscopy to attract and the bronchopulmonary segments lavage,inject drugs,enhance patient care process ECG,blood pressure,respiration detection and help patients in a timely manner to discharge secretions.Effective control of the results obtained through the care of patients with pulmonary infection and shorten the time of treatment of patients in intensive care,so that patients can get better treatment and rehabilitation.
