集束化干预策略对肺动脉漂浮导管置入所致的导管相关性血流感染的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨集束化干预策略对肺动脉漂浮导管(又称Swan-Ganz导管)置入所致的导管相关性血流感染(以下简称CRBSI)的影响。方法回顾性对比分析我科2011年1月至6月置入肺动脉漂浮导管并按常规实施感染干预措施的患者63例(对照组),与2011年8月至2012年1月置入肺动脉漂浮导管并(实验组)实施集束化干预策略患者58例,比较两组患者的体温、血象、血培养以及拔管后的导管尖端培养结果。结果运用集束化干预策略后,患者血培养单瓶阳性率明显下降;患者CRBSI发生率明显下降;ICU平均住院天数缩短。结论集束化干预策略可降低肺动脉漂浮导管置入所致的CRBSI发生率。
