子宫肌瘤148例临床分析

目的探讨子宫肌瘤的临床症状、体征、诊断及手术治疗的方法。方法随机选取2002年6月至2007年6月我院妇科收治的148例子宫肌瘤患者,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果依据患者的年龄、生育要求、症状、体征、肌瘤的部位、大小及患者的经济状况,148例子宫肌瘤患者中,136例实施了手术治疗,12例保守治疗症状改善出院。5例患者进行剖宫产术治疗术中发现子宫肌瘤。结论尽管当下子宫肌瘤保守治疗的方法很多,但多数患者还是愿意接受手术治疗。进行此项治疗应严格遵守手术适应症。

Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms,physical signs of uterine fibroids,diagnosis and operation treatment method.Methods 2002 June to 2007 June were randomly selected in our hospital gynecology treated 148 cases of myoma of uterus,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results According to the patient’s age,fertility requirements,symptoms,signs,fibroids location,size and the patient’s economic status,148 cases of uterine myoma patients,136 cases of operation for 12 cases,conservative treatment,symptoms improved discharge.Cesarean section was found in 5 patients with myoma of uterus,4 cases underwent myoma enucleation,1 cases did not do.Conclusion Although the uterine leiomyoma a conservative treatment approach for many,but most patients still willing to accept operation treatment.Patients with uterine fibroids hysterectomy should be careful,do not have the operation indications,not light and easy operation treatment.
