糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ、Ⅴ期)中医证候临床研究

目的探讨糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ、Ⅴ期)中医的证候。方法对笔者所在医院治疗的糖尿病肾病105例患者的资料进行分析,并利用统计学软件进行统计分析,以探讨患者的症候情况。结果糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ、Ⅴ期)患者经研究发现其证侯多为血瘀证、阴虚证、气虚证三种证侯。患者的主要证侯为血瘀证,其在疾病的各个时段均有表现。结论经研究分析显示患者多为本虚标实的证候特征。疾病不断发展患者的阴阳出现俱虚的表现,水湿、血瘀为此疾病的主要证候。

Objective To explore diabetic nephropathy(Ⅳ,Ⅴ period) syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The writer’s hospital for treatment of 105 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients with material to carry on the analysis,and use the statistics software to carry on statistical analysis,in order to investigate the situation of the patients with symptoms.Results Diabetic nephropathy(Ⅳ,Ⅴ period) patients the study found that the more for syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency syndrome three syndrome.The main syndrome patients for the blood stasis,the disease each time all have performance.Conclusion Through research and analysis showed that patients with more for this virtual scale real syndrome characteristics.Disease patients with continuous development of Yin and Yang appeared all virtual performance,water wet,blood stasis for this disease of the main syndrome.
