浅谈心理干预在肿瘤医院ICU带教中的作用及其效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结心理干预结合带教在重症监护室(ICU)实习生带教实践中的效果。方法选择2008年6月-2011年6三年间进入ICU实习的护生共60名,该60名护生具有共同的特点:对不同于普通病房的ICU病房产生焦虑,惊慌恐惧,急躁等心理问题。随机将其分成空白对照组与实验组各30名,空白对照组采用传统的带教法,对其心理问题不进行干预,实验组采用心理干预结合带教,三个月后,采用理论考试、操作考试两者相结合来评估两组的带教效果。结果显示,各科理论考试和操作考试比较.实验组成绩显著高于对照组(P【0.05)。结果心理干预结合带教能提高护生学习内容的全面性,能提高护生知识掌握的系统性、规范性.还有利于提高护生实习的主动性和积极性。 Objective To summarize the psychological intervention combined with teaching in intensive care unit(ICU) intern teaching practice effect.Methods From June to 2011 three years in 2008 6 into the ICU practice nurse students a total of 60,the 60 student nurses have common characteristics:to differ from general ward ICU unit to produce anxiety,panic fear,impetuous psychological problems.Were randomly divided into the blank control group and experimental group 30,control group using the traditional belt Teaching on the psychological problems,not the psychological intervention,the experimental group used the" focus" and" dispersion" combination of teaching.At the same time the theory test,operation test to evaluate two groups in combination with teaching effect.The results show,the written theory test and operation test.The experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Results Psychological intervention combined with teaching can improve students learning content is comprehensive,can improve the nursing students’ knowledge system,normative.Also improve students initiative and enthusiasm.
