MRI化学位移成像技术在肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)化学位移成像技术在肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析12例CT证实和10例手术后病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的MRI化学位移成像表现。结果目测法,22例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤中,16例在反相位信号明显下降,5例病灶在反相位信号无明显下降,但脂肪抑制后信号明显下降,1例病灶在反相位和脂肪抑制序列信号都无明显下降。结论 MRI化学位移成像技术结合MRI脂肪抑制序列对病灶内是否含有脂质、脂肪有极高敏感性,有助于肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective Investigate clinical application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) chemical shift imaging in diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma.Methods Retrospective analysis MRI chemical shift imaging manifestations of 22 cases renal angiomyolipoma in which 12 cases were confirmed by CT and 10 cases were confirmed by pathology after operation.Results The visual method,in 22 cases of renal angiomyolipoma,16 cases in the opposed phase signals decreased significantly,5 cases were in opposed phase signals without obvious decline,but fat suppression signal decreased significantly,in 1 case the lesion in opposed phase and fat suppression signals without obvious decline.Conclusion MRI chemical shift imaging combined with MRI fat suppression have high sensitivity of lesions if they contain lipid,fatty,contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis in renal angiomyolipoma.
