腹腔镜手术替代妇科开腹手术228例体会

Laparoscopic surgery alternative gynecology and laparotomy 228 cases of experience

目的探讨腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用价值。方法通过对228例与相同病例的开腹手术从手术时间、出血量二方面作对比。结果附件手术、小于3月孕大的子宫肌瘤,腹腔镜手术与开腹手术无显著差异。而畸胎瘤大于8cm、子宫肌瘤大于3月孕大小、子宫肌壁间肌瘤大、形态不规则、粘连严重者与开腹手术差异有显著性(p【0.01)。结论附件手术及小于3月孕大的子宫肌瘤,腹腔镜能发挥微创的独特优势及术后理想的康复效果。

Objective To explore the application of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery in value.Methods Through the 228 cases with the same cases open surgery operation time,amount of bleeding from two aspects as contrast.Results Attachment surgery,less than 3 months pregnant large uterine fibroids,laparoscopic surgery and open surgery had no significant difference.And teratoma is greater than 8 cm,uterine fibroids more than 3 months pregnant size,muscle intramural uterine fibroids,irregular form,adhesion may and open surgery(p < 0.01).Conclusion Attachment surgery and less than 3 months pregnant large uterine fibroids,laparoscopic can play the unique advantages of minimally invasive and postoperative ideal recovery effect
