对糖尿病患者健康教育干预的效果评价

Evaluation of effect of health education intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus

目的观察糖尿病患者采取健康教育对疾病控制效果的影响。方法将130例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各65例,对照组采用常规教育,实验组在常规教育的基础上采用健康教育干预,具体内容包括饮食控制、运动疗法、药物治疗,心理干预,比较两组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白干预前后变化情况及干预后患者满意度评分、健康教育评分比较。结果实验组健康教育干预后,其空腹、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白较干预前有明显改善(P【0.05);组间干预后比较,实验组改善程度明显优于对照组(P【0.05)。实验组健康教育后其满意度评分和健康教育评分明显优于对照组(P【0.05)。结论加强对糖尿病患者健康教育能增强其对糖尿病相关知识的了解,有助于提高糖尿病患者血糖控制情况,改变不良生活方式,降低治疗费用,提高其生活质量。

Objective The patient who observes glycuresis adopts the effect that health educates to control effect to the disease.Methods130 patients with type2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of the 65 cases,control group with normal education,the experimental group in conventional education on the basis of the health education intervention,the concrete content includes diet and exercise therapy,medication,psychological intervention,fasting blood glucose,compared between the two groups of postprandial glucose and glycated hemoglobin changes before and after the intervention and the degree of satisfaction of patients after intervention scoring,health education rating comparison.Results The experimental group health education intervention,the fasting and postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin before more intervention has obviously improved(P < 0.05) ;Among groups after intervention comparison,the improvement of the experimental group was better than control group(P < 0.05).The experimental group health education after the satisfaction score and health education score is obviously superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening of diabetes health education to enhance their understanding of diabetes-related knowledge,and help to improve blood glucose control the situation,change unhealthy lifestyles,reduce treatment costs,and improve their quality of life.
