老年急性脑梗死患者血尿酸变化分析

目的探讨老年脑梗死患者血尿酸的变化情况。方法选取70例住院治疗的老年急性脑梗死患者做为脑梗死组,同期来我院检查的78例非脑梗死老年患者做为对照组。两组患者排除患有严重的心血管、肝、肾、肺等重要器官的疾病,并且性别、年龄、体重等方面比较无显著性差异。测量两组患者血尿酸水平进行比较。结果与对照组比较,脑梗死组的血尿酸增高46例,对照组患者血尿酸增高7例,与对照组比较,脑梗死组患者的血尿酸水平明显增高,具有显著性差异(p【0.05)。结论血尿酸水平的变化与老年急性脑梗死密切相关,是老年脑梗死危险因素之一。

Objective To investigate the changes of blood uric acid in elderly patients with cerebral infarction cases.Methods70 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction ACI group as,over the same period to the hospital examination of 78 cases of cerebral infarction of elderly patients as control group.Two groups of patients excluded patients with serious cardiovascular,liver,kidney,lung and other important organs of the disease,and gender,age,weight and other aspects has no significant difference compared with.The measurements of the two groups were compared with serum uric acid level in patients with.Results Compared with control group,the blood uric acid increased cerebral infarction group 46 cases,control group patients blood uric acid increased in 7 cases,compared with the control group,the serum uric acid level in patients with cerebral infarction group was significantly increased,with significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusions The level of serum uric acid in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and related risk factors of cerebral infarction in the elderly.
