2010-2011年北京市怀柔区结核病初诊患者来源分析

目的通过对2010-2011年本地区结核病防治所结核病内科门诊登记的结核病初诊患者来源分析,了解不同来源构成状况,采取相应措施,从而不断提高肺结核病人的发现工作。方法对2010-2011年本地区结核病内科门诊登记的初诊患者的来源所占的比例进行汇总分析。结果初诊患者来源于因症推荐177例,占35.6%;追踪103例,占20.7%;转诊96例,占19.3%;因症就诊77例,占15.5%;健康检查40例,占8.1%;接触者筛查4例,占08%。结论结核病门诊初诊患者主要来源于因症推荐、追踪、转诊、因症就诊,故在日常工作中应加强这几方面的工作,采取相应措施及早发现并治疗肺结核病人,使之及时得到规范的治疗和管理,减少结核菌在人群中的传播,从而降低患病率。

Objective To pass pair of 2010-2011 year the region by tuberculosis tuberculosis Department of internal medicine outpatient registration of tuberculosis patients with newly diagnosed source analysis,understanding the different source constitution situation,take corresponding measures,so as to continuously improve the pulmonary tuberculosis patients found work.Methods The 2010-2011 local tuberculosis Department of internal medicine outpatient registration of patients with newly diagnosed source proportion were pooled analysis.Results Patients with newly diagnosed from 177 cases due to disease recommend,accounted for 35.6%;track 103 cases,accounting for 20.7%;referral in 96 cases,accounting for 19.3%;for the disease treatment in 77 cases,accounting for 15.5%;health examination in 40 cases,accounting for 8.1%;contact screening in 4 cases,accounting for 8%.Conclusion The tuberculosis clinic patients with newly diagnosed mainly comes from because of illness,tracking,recommended referral,for disease treatment,therefore in the daily work should be strengthened in these aspects of the work,take corresponding measures of early discovery and treatment of tuberculosis patients,to be timely and standardized treatment and management,reduction of the tubercle spread in the population,in order to reduce the prevalence rate.
