对比分析肾癌的螺旋CT征象和病理之间的关系

目的探讨肾癌螺旋CT征象与病例之间的关系。方法选取我院2010年7月至2011年7月收治的95例肾癌患者,所有患者均经过手术证实,实施螺旋CT平扫、多期增强扫描,对照分析CT征象和手术病理结果。结果肾癌患者的细胞排列方式和CT增强效果有者明显关联,肿瘤周边短毛刺征无侵犯于病例肾包膜,并呈现正相关。肾癌细胞类型、CT分型无明显关联。结论针对肾癌患者,实施螺旋CT扫描,可有效反映肿瘤影像学特征,CT征象和病理细胞结构、类型呈现密切相关。

Objective To investigate the renal cell carcinoma with spiral CT features and the relationship between case.Methods From July July to 2011 2010 in our hospital 95 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients,all patients were confirmed by operation,the implementation of plain spiral CT,multi phase enhanced scan,comparative analysis of CT features and the results of operation and pathology.Results Patients with renal cell arrangement and CT enhancement effects were significantly associated with the periphery of the tumor,short sentus without infringing on a case of renal capsule,and positively related to.Renal cancer cell types,CT types with no obvious association.Conclusion In patients with renal cell carcinoma by spiral CT scanning,implementation,can effectively reflect the tumor imaging features,the CT features and pathological cell structure,types are closely related.
