摘要
目的对应用营养支持护理方式对合并出现低血糖症状的危重症新生儿实施护理的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取92例合并出现低血糖症状的危重症新生儿病例,将其分为常规组和干预组,平均每组46例。常规组新生儿治疗期间实施常规护理;干预组新生儿治疗期间在常规治疗基础上实施营养支持护理。结果干预组患者症状扭转效果明显优于对照组;出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用营养支持护理方式对合并出现低血糖症状的危重症新生儿实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective Applied Nutrition support nursing combined symptoms of hypoglycemia in critically ill newborns implementation of nursing clinical effect study analysis.To extract the cases of 92 patients with symptoms of hypoglycemia in critically ill newborns,the conventional group and the intervention group,the average for each group of 46 cases.Routine neonatal treatment during routine care ;the neonatal intervention group during treatment with conventional therapy based on the implementation of nutritional support care.Results to reverse the effect of intervention group patients with symptoms than the control group ;number of complications was significantly less than that of the control Conclusion nutrition support care combined symptoms of hypoglycemia in critically ill newborns nursing clinical effect is very obvious.
