影响糖尿病患者血糖控制的行为因素探讨

目的探讨糖尿病患者血糖控制的行为因素。方法把我院2011年6月到2012年8月所接收的86例糖尿病患者随机分成两组,每组43例,一组采用常规指导和治疗护理,称为常规组;另一组在常规组的基础上,对患者再进行系统健康教育,称为观察组。在3个月之后对两组患者的血糖控制情况进行比较,并分析影响血糖控制的行为因素。结果 3个月之后,观察组患者的血糖达标率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P【0.01);观察组患者影响血糖控制的行为因素的改善明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P【0.01)。结论对糖尿病患者进行相应的健康教育,可以有效提高患者的血糖控制意识,并对其生活中的影响血糖控制的不良行为进行改善,从而避免了并发症的出现,对血糖合格率进行有效的提高。

Objective To investigate the behavior of glucose control in diabetic patients.Methods To my courtyard in2011 June to2012 August received86 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group,a group with the routine guidance and care,known as the conventional group;another group in the conventional group on the basis of patients,systematic health education,known as the observation group.After 3 months on the two groups of patients with blood sugar control were compared,and analysis of the effects of glycemic control on behavioral factors.Results After 3 months,the patients in the observation group is higher than that of the conventional blood glucose target rate group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01) ;the patients in the observation group effect of glycemic control on behavioral factors was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion On diabetic patients with corresponding health education,can effectively improve glycemic control in patients with consciousness,and the influence of blood glucose control in bad behavior are improved,thereby avoiding the complications of blood glucose,effectively improve the qualified rate of.
