床旁纤维支气管镜吸痰支气管灌洗治疗气管插管患者肺部感染临床分析

Clinical Observation Of Treatment Through Bedside Bronchofibroscope Suction And Lavage In Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

目的探讨气管插管患者并肺部感染纤维支气管镜治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析经纤维支气管镜吸痰+灌洗治疗肺部感染62例。观察对比治疗前后呼吸、心率及血气分析中血氧饱和度等变化。结果 62例治疗前后呼吸、心率及血气分析中血氧饱和度等各项指标均明显好转(P【0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜吸痰+灌洗治疗气管插管患者肺部感染疗效肯定。

Objective To explore the curative efficacy of bedsid bronchofibroscope suction and lavage in Ventilator-associated Pneumonia.Methods 62 Ventilator-associated Pneumonia patients were enrolled in the study.Observations were made on the clinical symptoms and changes of arterial blood gas and heart rate and respiration.Results Among 30 cases,After ventilation,patients’symptoms of Pneumonia were improved markedly.The PaO2 value increased(P﹤0.05),the level of heart rate and respiration rate reduced(P﹤0.05).Conclusion In the treatments of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia patients,Bedside Bronchofibroscope suction and lavage is effective.
