水蛭地龙注射液治疗糖尿病足临床观察

Leech earth-worm injection in the treatment of diabetes foot clinical observation

目的观察水蛭地龙注射液治疗糖尿病足临床效果。方法 92例糖尿病足1-2级患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各46例),治疗组给予水蛭地龙注射液(商品名:疏血通注射液)6ml加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,对照组给予丹参注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d。观察30天。结果两组血液流变学改变、踝肱指数和溃疡愈合速度均存在显著差异。结论水蛭地龙注射液有效地改善微循环障碍,加速了糖尿病足的临床治愈率。

Objective To observe the clinical effectsof Shuxuetong injection(extractive of leech and Lumbricus) on the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 92 patients with 1-2 level of diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(46 cases respectively).The treatment group received the Shuxuetong injection(6ml) added into normal saline(250ml) q.d by intravenous infusion.The control group was treated with Danshen injection(20ml) added into normal saline(250ml) ;intravenous infusion.The study period was 30 days.Results The ulcer healing rate、blood rheology and ankle brachial index were improved significantly better in the treated group than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The Shuxuetong injection improves the microcirculation and enhances the clinical cure rate of the diabetic foot,effectively.
