腹部创伤的CT诊断及其临床意义探讨

目的探讨腹部创伤的CT诊断及其在临床上的应用价值。方法选取在2007年7月-2011年9月间到我院诊治的56例腹部创伤患者,对所有患者均采用CT诊断,以确诊患者的病情,并针对患者的实际情况,给予患者对症治疗。56例患者中,50例患者采用手术方法进行治疗,6例患者实行保守治疗。将其治疗结果与CT诊断进行对照分析,对于所有患者的诊断过程进行跟踪观察,并将所得实验数据记录。结果采用手术治疗的50例患者中,有48例与CT诊断结果相符合,准确率达96%,对于降低患者的误诊率有较大的促进作用。结论对于腹部创伤性疾病,给予患者CT诊断可以有效降低患者出现误诊的机率,促进患者病情的快速改善。

Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis of abdomen wound and its clinical application value.Methods In2007 July-2011 year in September to my hospital for treatment of 56 cases of abdominal trauma patients,all patients were using CT diagnosis,in order to diagnose patients condition,and according to the practical situation of the patients,patients were given symptomatic treatment.In 56 patients,50 patients were treated with operation,6 cases of patients with conservative treatment.The results of treatment with CT diagnosis were analyzed,for all patients in the diagnostic process was observed,and the experiment data record.Results The operation treatment of 50 cases of patients,48 cases with CT findings consistent with an accuracy rate of 96%,to reduce the misdiagnosis rate,patients had a greater role.Conclusion For abdominal traumatic disease,patients were given CT diagnosis can effectively reduce the probability of patients misdiagnosed patients,promote the rapid improvement in.
