摘要
目的探讨经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效和安全性。方法抽取2007年4月至2011年5月我院泌尿外科收治尿动力学资料完整并在我院行经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术的SUI患者87例。回顾性分析患者术前、术后的症状和生活质量。结果治愈率为90.8%,发生排尿困难12例,尿储留1例,大腿根部疼痛10例。结论经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效满意,有较好的安全性,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of transobturatery vaginal tape for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 87 women in our institute from April 2007 to May 2011.We analyze their life quantity and symptom.Results The cure rate is 90.8%.Conclusion The TOT sling has high cure rates and safety for SUI.The TOT is worthy to be used well.
