78例白内障超声乳化术加人工晶体植入术护理体会

目的探讨白内障超声乳化术加人工晶体植入术临床护理措施。方法对我院收治的78例采用超声乳化术加人工晶体植入术进行治疗的白内障患者临床护理措施进行回顾分析。结果通过有效治疗及术前、术中、术后护理,所有患者均顺利完成手术,无1例患者发生并发症。结论有效的术前、术中、术后护理能够有效提高手术成功率,使并发症的发生率进一步降低,患者生活质量得到有效提高。

Objective To investigate the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in clinical care measures.Methods In our hospital 78 cases using phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for treatment of cataract patients in clinical care measures were analyzed retrospectively.Results Through effective treatment and preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care,all patients were successfully completed surgery,no patient complications.Conclusion Effective preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative care can effectively improve the success rate of surgery to further reduce effectively improve the quality of life in patients with the incidence of complications.
