摘要
目的切除病灶,清除疼痛,恢复关节的活动与原有的功能。方法利用手术方法将人工关节置换被疾病或损伤所破坏的关节面,行整体护理。结果对26例人人工髋关节置换术并行整体护理,取得了良好的效果。结论人工髋关节置换术后的患者大多为60岁以上的老人。老年骨科的护理特殊性,应以提高护理质量、实施有效的心理护理、重点加强基础护理、预防并发症护理、康复护理等缩短疗程,促进其早日功能。人工关节在国外始于40年代,我国在60年代以后逐步开展,目前人工髋关节,其10年成功率已】90%,人工髋关节置换是指用生物相容性和机械性能良好的金属材料制成的一种类似人体骨关节的假体,利用手术方法将人工关节置换被疾病或损伤所破坏的关节面,其目的是切除病灶,清除疼痛,恢复关节的活动与原有的功能。
