T波电交替对儿童恶性心律失常的预测价值

摘要 目的分析探讨T波电交替(TWA)与儿童恶性心律失常的关系。方法 39例T波电交替的住院患儿作为观察组,另选39例健康儿童作为对照组。采用胸部导联在窦性心律测量Q-T间期和R-R间期,计算Q-T/R-R比值,用TWA指数作为定量指标。结果两组患儿心率、Q-T/R-R和Q-T间期无明显差异,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P】0.05)。T波时限和TWA指数两组患儿之间差异明显,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。观察组心律失常发生率明显高于对照组(P【0.05)。结论 T波电交替发生与恶性心律失常有着密切关系,对预测儿童恶性心律失常有重要价值。
