35例肥厚型心肌病患者心电图特征分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肥厚型心肌病患者的心电图特征。方法对经超声心动图诊断为HCM的35例患者行常规12导联心电图检查,并对室间隔肥厚、游离壁肥厚、心尖部肥厚以及弥漫性肥厚4类分型的心电图做比较分析。结果本组患者有33例(94.3%)出现不同程度ST-T改变,ST段下移的程度在4型间无统计学意义(P】0.05),24例(68.6%)T波倒置振幅超过0.5mV,T波倒置在心尖肥厚组中的发生率显著高于间隔肥厚组(P【0.05),共有12例出现Q波异常,其中室间隔肥厚型10例居最多。结论 HCM患者的心电图具备一定特异性,其发生改变的时间会早于超声心电图,因此可为HCM的早期诊断提供必要的线索依据,临床应给予足够重视。
