“内外结合”护理法在老年恶性高血压病中的积极作用

近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,高血压病的发生日益增加,逐渐年轻化,治疗倍受重视。而高血压病的意外风险也越来越高,轻者中风偏瘫,重者出血死亡。护理显得尤为重要。笔者从事中医临床护理工作多年,在防护心血管疾病方面略有拙见,在此提出"内外结合"护理法,与同仁交流。
