中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌68例临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的对中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法选取136例胃癌患者,随机分为两组。观察组68例,对照组68例患者,两组患者均给予常规的治疗方法,此外,观察组在此基础上,加用中医健脾祛瘀法进行治疗。通过比较两组患者的临床疗效,进而对对中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌的临床疗效进行分析探讨。结果两组患者经过治疗后,观察组68例患者临床总有效率94%;对照组68例患者临床总有效率85.3%。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两种治疗方法有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(p【0.05)。结论中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌有很好的临床疗效,显著缩小了患者的病灶,改善了患者的临床症状,有一定的临床应用价值。
