慢性乙型肝炎的血生化指标观察

目的对慢性乙型肝炎的血生化指标进行观察分析。方法取2009年12月至2010年12月期间患慢性乙型肝炎的患者35例作为观察组,另取同期35例正常体检人群作为对照组。对两组患者进行相关的生化指标检查,并且对其检查结果进行比较分析。结果相对于对照组中的正常受检人员,观察组中的慢性乙型肝炎患者的AST、ALT、TB、GGT、ALB以及AFP值均有一定的统计学差异,p【0.05。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者与正常人体的AST、ALT、TB、GGT、ALB以及AFP值等相关血生化指标有一定的差异,根据这些指标的变化情况可以对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行疾病诊断,有一定的积极临床意义。

Objective Blood biochemical indicators of chronic hepatitis B were observed and analyzed.Methods 35 patients with chronic hepatitis B,taken from December 2009 to December 2010 as the observation group,the other to take over the same period 35 cases of normal physical examination population as a control group.Biochemical examination of the two groups of patients,and their results were compared.Resuts Compared with patients with chronic hepatitis B in normal subjects in the control group,the observation group AST,ALT,TB,GGT,ALB and AFP values have some significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion patients with chronic hepatitis B and normal human AST,ALT,TB,GGT,ALB,and AFP value of blood biochemical indicators have certain differences in disease diagnosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B,according to the changes in these indicators,there are some positive clinical significance.
