DR双能减影的肋骨成像与胸部成像的比较分析

目的分析DR双能量减影在肋骨病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析,对2011年1月——2012年1月住我院的共90例患者,进行胸部DR双能量减影,将DR双能量减影后的胸廊的肋骨像与胸部的肋骨像结果作比较。结果 90例行胸部DR双能量减影检查的患者中,肋骨钙化24例,肋骨破坏3例,肋骨骨折10例,其中膈上肋骨骨折6例,膈下肋骨骨折4例,而胸廊肋骨及肋骨纹理全部清晰可见,达到诊断的要求。结论 DR双能量减影胸廊的肋骨像显示优于胸部肋骨像,利于指导临床的治疗。

Objective To analyze DR dual-energy subtraction rib lesion value.Methods January 2011——2012 in January,a total of 90 patients were living in our hospital,chest DR dual-energy subtraction,DR dual energy subtraction chest Gallery ribs like the ribs and chest,as a comparison of the results.Results The patients of the 90 routine chest DR dual-energy subtraction were checked,ribs calcification in 24 cases of rib damage three cases,rib fractures 10 cases,including six cases diaphragm rib fractures,four cases of subphrenic rib fractures,chest Gallery ribs and rib texture all visible to diagnostic requirements.Conclusion DR dual-energy subtraction the shadow chest Gallery ribs as shown superior to chest ribs like,which will help guide clinical treatment.
