酸碱平衡法治疗阴道炎效果分析

目的探究酸碱平衡法在治疗妇科阴道炎中的实际临床效果。方法将2011年1月到2012年1月到我院门诊接受诊断、确诊的阴道炎患者84例作为本次研究对象,并随机平均分为观察组和对照组两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,而观察组再采用酸碱平衡法治疗;治疗一段时间后,观察、比较两组患者的康复情况。结果两组患者在治疗总有效率方面对比中,观察组治疗后的临床治疗总有效率率为90.48%,明显的要高于用药对照组的80.96%,其差异具有统计学意义P【0.05。结论酸碱平衡法对于妇科阴道炎的治疗效果令人满意,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the acid-base balance in the treatment of gynecological vaginitis actual clinical effect.Methods January 2011 to January 2012 to our hospital for diagnosis vaginitis diagnosed 84 patients as the research object of this study,these patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group using conventional drug therapy,and while the observation set adopts an equilibrium rules of law of sour alkali again to treat observation,the rehabilitation of the two groups were compared.Results Of the two groups of patients in the treatment of total efficiency contrast,the total efficiency rate of 90.48% significantly higher than 80.96% of the control group of the medication in the clinical observation group after treatment,a statistically significant difference<0.05.Conclusion Acid-base balance method to treat gynecological vaginitis satisfactory for gynecological vaginitis treatment effect should be widely applied.
