摘要
目的观察蒲地蓝消炎胶囊治疗急性呼吸道感染(ARI)的临床疗效。方法选取209例急性呼吸道感染的门诊成人患者,按就诊顺序分成2组,A组为105例,B组为104例。A组单独口服蒲地蓝消炎胶囊,B组在抗病毒、细菌感染的基础上,服用止咳平喘药、解热镇痛药等对症治疗。结果单纯应用蒲地蓝消炎胶囊组的疗效优于对照组,且蒲地蓝消炎胶囊治疗组未发现不良反应。结论在治疗ARI时,单纯应用蒲地蓝消炎胶囊的疗效优于抗菌药物联合其他药物治疗,安全性好,服用方便,可避免滥用抗菌药物的危害。
