早期乳房按摩对剖宫产产妇术后泌乳的效果观察

Effect of early breast massage on lactation after caesarean section of puerperas

目的探讨早期乳房按摩对剖宫产产妇术后泌乳的效果观察。方法选取2010年1月-2012年5月我院剖宫产产妇240例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇仅给予常规的产后护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,术后6h进行乳房按摩护理,每天3次,连续4天,对两组产妇的泌乳情况进行统计分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组的开始泌乳时间显著提前,泌乳量明显增加,乳房舒适度显著提高和产后乳汁淤积例数明显减少,两组数据比较存在显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论早期乳房按摩不仅可以提前泌乳的开始时间,增加泌乳量,还可降低乳房胀痛和产后乳汁淤积的发生率,提高乳房的舒适度,可以有效提高纯母乳的喂养成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study effect observation of the early breast massage to cesarean section puerperas after lactation.Methods Select 240 cases cesarean section puerperas in our treatment from January 2010 to May 2012,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group only were given regular maternal postpartum nursing,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing,were given breast massage care 6 h postoperative,three times a day,consecutive four days,statistical analysis maternity lactation oftwo groups.Results Comparing with control group,the beginning lactation time of the observation group was significantly in advance,lactation quantity increased significantly,breast comfort improved significantly and postpartum milk fill number significantly reduced,two sets of data comparison there exist significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion Early breast massage not only can make lactation start time in advance,increase the milk volume of lactation,still can reduce breast pain and the incidence of postpartum milk deposition,improve breast comfort,but also can effectively improve the pure milk feeding success rate,it is worth clinical application.
