短节段通用脊柱系统内固定加伤椎内植骨治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折临床分析
摘要
目的探讨短节段通用脊柱系统内固定加伤椎内植骨治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折临床疗效。方法收集2009年5月-2011年10月我院收治的25例胸腰椎不稳定骨折患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 25例胸腰椎不稳定骨折患者骨折复位均良好,术后椎体平均高度、Cobb’s角神经功能、神经功能都恢复良好。结论短节段通用脊柱系统内固定加伤椎内植骨治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折效果良好,值得临床推广。
