青少年精神分裂症患者在住院期的人性化护理

Humane care of adolescent schizophrenia patients in hospitalization

目的研究人性化护理对住院期的青少年精神分裂症患者的影响效果。方法将64例在住院期的青少年精神分裂症患者随机分为两组:观察组和对照组。在药物治疗的同时进行不同护理,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用规范化管理与护理、健康宣教、个性化心理调适、生活关怀、情感支持和文化护理等方面的人性化护理,总共跟踪12周。结果两组评定结果比较发现,PANSS、PSP、NOSIE评分差异都有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论人性化护理对提高住院期青少年精神分裂症患者的生活质量、改善患者病情具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the humane care of hospitalization effect of adolescent schizophrenia.Methods 64 cases in the hospitalization of the adolescent patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Different care in drug treatment while the control group received traditional care model,and the observation group,standardized management and care,health education the individualized psychological adjustment,life care,emotional support,and cultural care of humane care,to positive negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),personal and social function scale(PSP),nurses inpatient observation Scale(NOSIE)as a basis for evaluation effect evaluation of two weeks to assess the time,a total of 12 weeks tracking.Results The two sets of assessment results the PANSS,PSP,NOSIE,and differences in scores have a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Humane care has an important role to improve the patient’s condition to improve the quality of life of adolescents with schizophrenia hospitalization.
