阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清炎性因子和血脂水平的影响被引量：1

摘要目的分析探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清炎性因子和血脂水平的影响。方法 124例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(62例)两组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服阿托伐他汀。治疗2周后观察两组患者血清炎性因子水平与血脂水平的变化。结果治疗组患者治疗后hs-CRP及IL-6水平明显下降(P【0.05),与对照组相比差异有显著性(P【0.05);治疗后治疗组患者TG、TC、LDL-C水平明显降低(P【0.05),HDL-C无显著变化(P】0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可以降低患者血清hs-CRP及IL-6水平,其治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果良好。
