三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠对直肠癌放射治疗中临床疗效分析

目的探讨三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠对直肠癌放射治疗中临床疗效分析。方法将我院2011年1月-2011年12月收治的54例直肠癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组27例。对照组未用三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠,实验组在用三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组有效率96.3%明显高于对照组77.8%(P【0.05)。结论三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠对直肠癌放射治疗中具有较好效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of trolamine cream retention enema in the treatment of rectal cancer radiation therapy in clinical analysis.Methods In our hospital from 2011January to 2011December treated 54 cases of rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,27 cases in each group.The control group did not use trolamine cream retention enema in the experimental group,using trolamine cream retention enema,compared with two group of treatment results.Results In the experimental group,the effective rate of 96.3% was significantly higher than that of control group 77.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion Trolamine cream retention enema in the treatment of rectal cancer radiation therapy has a better effect.
