滑膜炎颗粒治疗职业相关性膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huamoyan Keli for the Treatment of Vocational Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察滑膜炎颗粒治疗职业相关性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法自2007年5月至2009年6月治疗210例重体力劳动职业膝骨性关节炎患者,男142例,女68例;年龄40-65岁,平均48.2岁。其中,运动员32例、矿工51例、搬运工44例、农民83例。将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各105例。实验组用滑膜炎颗粒治疗,对照组选用酮基布洛芬治疗,评价其疗效和安全性。结果两组药物在治疗职业相关性膝骨性关节炎方面都有良好的疗效,在疼痛程度计分(VAS)、临床症状积分改善率方面,实验组明显高于对照组,统计学分析其差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论临床试验证明,滑膜炎颗粒治疗重体力劳动职业相关性膝骨性关节炎局部疼痛及活动受限的效果确切,且起效快,不良反应小,使用方便,值得推广。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Huamoyan Keli for the treatment of vocational knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 210 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent heavy work frequently were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=105)and the control group(n=105).They were treated respectively with Huamoyan Keli and Ketoprofen Their therapeutic effects and safty were assessed.Results The treatment group(98.1%)are apparently improved compared with the control group(91.4%).Conclusion Ketoprofen on vocational knee osteoarthritis shows fast and good effect with few adverse reaction.It is conveniently used on patients and worthy of application.
