右旋美托咪啶在围术期的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,DEX)是α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,其受体选择性高于可乐定,可广泛作用于哺乳动物的大脑,产生镇静、减少麻醉药用量、镇痛和抗交感作用。近期大量的研究支持,它有益于提高危重症患者的预后,提高远期的脑功能,还有使心脏高危情形受益的抗交感,心肌自律性阻滞作用。本文总结了右旋美托嘧啶在监测麻醉的临床使用最新进展。
