摘要
本文通过冷冻食品的概念,冷冻食品的种类,冷冻食品污染的微生物种类,引发冷冻食品微生物污染的危险因素以及冷冻食品微生物污染现状等几个方面进行阐述,并分析冷冻食品微生物预防措施,为临床预防工作提供一定的参考。
The aspects such as the definition of a frozen food,the type of frozen food,microbial species of frozen food contamination,the risk factors triggering the microbial contamination of frozen food,microbiological contamination status of frozen food were elaborated in this article,and preventive measures of frozen food microbiology were analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the clinical preventive work.
