摘要
目的对原发性痛风患者的临床特点进行分析研究,期许为临床上提供有价值的参考。方法选择我院收治的160例诊断为原发性痛风的患者,患者的资料处理方法为采用Logistic软件进行处理。结果患者发病年龄一般在25-73岁,女性患者仅有3例,其余157例患者均为男性。结论痛风是外部环境和遗传共同作用的结果,对于原发性痛风应当以早期预防为主。
Objective Analysis of the clinical characteristics of the patients with primary gout.Methods 160 cases admitted to our hospital diagnosis of patients withprimary gout.Results The age of onset is generally 25-73 years old,only three cases of female patients,and the remaining 157 patients were male.Conclusion Ventilation is the external environment and the result of the role of genetic-based early prevention should be the primary ventilation.
