45例小脑血管网状细胞瘤临床研究与观察

45 cases of cerebellum hemangioblastoma research and clinical observation

目的研究我院45例小脑血管网状细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。方法将我院2007年1月至2012年4月接收的45例小脑血管网状细胞瘤患者作为研究对象,采用手术切除肿瘤的方法进行治疗。结果对45例患者进行随访,时间为半年至3年,治愈43例,肿瘤复发为2例,再次手术后治愈。结论通过了解患者的病史、临床表现以及CT、MRI检查对小脑血管网状细胞瘤患者做出诊断。经过手术治疗后可治愈小脑血管网状细胞瘤。

Objective To study the method of 45 cases of cerebel hemangioblastoma in our hospital.Method Fourty-five patients with cerebel hemangioblastomawere treated in our hospital,from January of 2007 to April of 2012,were retrospectively analyzed.Total resection was achieved in all cases.From half year to three years,we make follow-up visits.No case was died.Good conditions were improved in 43 patients,2 patients with cerebel hemangioblastoma had recovered.After they were operated again,two patients were cured.Results CT and MRI help to identify of cerebel hemangioblastoma.Operative method is more helpful in cutting the tumors.
