目的探讨PPH治疗混合痔围手术期的护理。方法对300例PPH患者通过术前的宣教,心理护理,术后严密观察生命体征,伤口的护理,饮食以及尿潴留的护理,积极预防可能出现的并发症。结果经过积极介入,患者消除恐惧心理,积极配合手术,恢复良好,有一例尿潴留,经过处理后患者小便正常,其它无任何并发症的发生。结论严密观察患者的病情,及时发现并处理并发症是围手术期的关键。患者出院后电话随访3个月至一年,无一例复发及大便失禁情况。

Objective To explore the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids PPH postoperative perioperative nursing. Methods 300 cases of PPH patients through the preoperative propaganda and education,psychological nursing,postoperative close observation of vital signs,wound care,diet and urinary retention of nursing,and actively prevent possible complications. Results after active intervention,the patient to eliminate fear and actively cooperate with surgery,good recovery,a urinary retention,after treatment in patients with normal after pee,other without any complications. Conclusion Close observation of the patient’s condition,timely detection and treatment of complications is the key to surround operation period. Telephone follow - up of patients discharged from hospital after 3 months to one year,no recurrence and fecal incon-tinence.
