老年人工髋关节置换术62例护理体会

股骨头坏死及股骨颈骨折患者行人工全髋置换术的术前及术后的护理方法。对62例患者行人工全髋关节置换术,并给予精心全程护理。本组手术均顺利进行,切口一期愈合,无一例发生感染并发症。术后随访半年,按Harris评分标准进行功能评估,优36例,良16例。能有效地减轻患者的痛苦,使患者获得生活上的独立[1]。
