摘要
目的探讨建立以责任制整体护理的工作模式,开展"优质护理服务"。方法确立试点科室6个,转变护理人员服务理念,合理配置护士,完善后勤保障,培养专业骨干,完善护理工作制度和流程,建立切实有效的绩效考核机制,建立表格式护理记录单,取消一般护理记录,建立并公示分级护理服务项目及标准等,实施定期质量检查和满意度调查。结果实施"优质护理服务示范病房"提高了患者的满意度和临床护理质量。结论建立责任制及整体护理的工作模式,开展优质护理服务,可有效提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore to establish the responsibility system nursing work mode,carry out" the high quality nursing service ". Method To establish experimental section 6,change of nursing personnel service concept,rational allocation of nurses,improve logistics,training professional backbone,improve nursing work system and process,establish an effective performance appraisal system,establish the nursing records in table format,cancel the general nursing records,establish and publish the grading nursing service items and standards,conduct regular quality inspection and satisfaction survey.
