门诊西药处方不合理用药的问题分析

目的分析我院门诊处西药处方不合理用药的情况,以提高门诊合理用药。方法从2009年6月——2010年1月期间随即选取7634张门诊西药处方,并统计学分析门诊西药处方运用的合理性。结果通过进行分析可以得知,7634张门诊西药处方中不合理用药处方362张,占随机抽查的处方总数5.03%,不合理用药的原因主要有药物联用增大毒性,药物联用而降低疗效,选药不合理,溶媒不合理等。结论我院门诊处西药处方合理性有待提升,临床医师应增强合理用药水平,将药品毒副作用降低,以减少门诊不合理用药现象。

Objective Analysis of hospital outpatient department of Western medicine prescription unreasonable use of,in order to improve the rational drug use inoutpatient.Methods from 2009 June——2010 year during January and selected 7634 outpatient medicine prescription,and statistical analysis of outpatient western medicine prescription utilization rationality.Results Through analysis we can know that,of 7634 outpatient western prescription irrational prescriptions in 362,accounting fora total of 5.03% randomly selected prescription,irrational drug use is mainly due to drug combined with increased toxicity,drug combination and lower efficacy,drug selection is not reasonable,the solvent is not reasonable.Conclusion Our hospital out-patient department of Western medicine prescription rationality to be upgraded,theclinician should enhance the level of rational use of drugs,drug side effects reduced,in order to reduce the phenomenon of irrational drug use in outpatient.
