危重症病人亚低温治疗的实施和护理

目的通过列举出临床资料对危重症病人亚低温治疗护理方法进行探索并研究出防治相关并发症的方法。方法对20位危重症并在很大程度上存在意识不清醒并发症的患者在采用常规治疗方法之外,还加用亚低温治疗,此治疗为期一个月。结果一个月之后全部存活并且病患意识混乱指数明显降低,病情大有好转。结论亚低温治疗方法对危重症病人具有良好效果,并且能使其并发症状减弱甚至消失。

Objective To cite clinical nursing care of critically ill patients with mild hypothermia in the treatment methods for exploration and research on methods of prevention and treatment-related complications. Methods 20 critically ill and in large measure there is a sense of sober complications on patients with conventional treatment methods,also home of mild hypothermia treatment. Results Of this treatment for a period of one month: a month after all significantly reduced survival and the confusion index,condition is greatly improved. Conclusion mild hypothermia treatment for critically ill patients with good results,and can be complications decrease or even disappear.
