白内障患者围术期的护理

目的探讨白内障患者的围手术期的护理应用,消除患者对手术的恐惧,积极配合治疗减少术后的并发症。方法针对我科收治的200例老年白内障患者,采用超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,随机将200例患者分为两组,每组100例患者,一组为对照组,一组为观察组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加之围手术期的全面护理。结果 200例老年白内障患者手术均顺利成功,根据手术后患者的视力恢复、患者满意度两组进行患者比较分析结果(P【0.05)具有临床显著差异。结论白内障患者的围手术期的全面护理能够提高老年患者的手术治疗效果,增加治愈率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the cataract patients during operation period nursing of operation in patients with application,eliminate fear,actively cooperate with the treatment decreases postoperative complications. Methods In our department treated 200 cases of senile cataract patients,using phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,200 patients were divided into two groups,each group of 100 patients,a group,a group for the observation group,the control group using conventional care, in the observation group,routine nursing basis in addition to surround operation period comprehensive nursing. Results In 200 cases of senile cataract operation were successful,according to the operation visual acuity after recovery,patients satisfaction of two groups were compared with patients with results of the analysis( P<0. 05 ) with clinically significant differences. Conclusion Cataract patients during peri operation period of comprehensive nursing can improve the effect of operation treatment in elderly patients,increase the cure rate,enhance patient satisfaction.
