肠外肠内高营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Parenteral and Enteral nutrition in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的分析对溃疡性结肠炎患者进行肠外、肠内高营养治疗的效果如何。方法选择68例溃疡性肠炎患者,将其依据就诊单双号分成两组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用肠外、肠内高营养治疗,然后观察两组的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率是78.38%,观察组总有效率是94.12%,两组之间的差异有统计学意义,P【0.05。结论对溃疡性肠炎患者进行肠外肠内高营养治疗的效果很好,能够明显改变患者的病情,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective Analysis of patients with ulcerative colitis,the effect of parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy.Methods 68 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis,the basis clinic odd and even numbers into two groups,the control group received conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the use of parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy,and were observedtherapeutic effect. Results The control group was 78. 38% efficiency,the observation group,the total efficiency is 94. 12% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Parenteral enteral nutrition therapy in patients with ulcerative colitis,a good effect,able to significantly change the condition of the patient,it is worth to use in clinical practice.
