米非司酮治疗过期流产200例疗效观察

目的讨论米非司酮在过期流产中的应用和效果观察。方法选择2010年3月——2012年9月间,过期流产病例200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组采用米非司酮,米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗,对照组采用己烯雌酚联合清宫术治疗,观察其临床效果,比较两组患者宫口松弛度,出血量,胚胎娩出时间。结果治疗组患者宫口松弛度好,出血量少,胚胎娩出时间,与对照组相比,p【0.05,有统计学意义。结论在过期流产时,先服用米非司酮,可以提高宫口松弛度,术中出血量少,胚胎容易剥离,胚胎娩出时间短,患者痛苦小,是一种可行的医疗方法。

Objective To discuss the application and effect of mifepristone missed abortion observation.Methods March 2010 -2012 in September,missed abortion cases 200 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each treatment group using mifepristone,misoprostol combined with curettage treatment control groups adopt of diethylstilbestrol joint curettage treatment,and to observe the clinical effect of the laxity in the two groups were compared cervix, bleeding,embryo expulsion. Results Patients treated with cervix laxity,less bleeding,embryonic disengagement time,compared with the control group,p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Conclusions Missed abortion,mifepristone,the laxity can improve the cervix,less blood loss,the embryo is easy to peel,the embryo was delivered a short time,little pain,is a viable approach to medical care.
