肺癌肺叶切除术后呼吸物理疗法的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的随机分组评估对比肺叶切除术后不同频次物理疗法的疗效。方法选择肺叶切除的肺癌63例,术前随机分两组,观察术后排痰、呼吸训练及肺活量,呼吸系统并发症。结果 63例中术后对照组发生呼吸并发症共四例,脓胸一例,迁延性肺瘘一例,肺不张一例,肺炎一例,两组有显著差异。结论肺叶切除术后实施多频度的物理疗法有助于预防呼吸系统并发症。
