彩超对小儿先天性心脏病诊断体会

Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children experience

目的探讨彩超对小儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法选取我院在2009年9月——2012年2月间收治的68例先天性心脏病患儿,对所有患儿的临床资料及实际情况进行分析,并对患儿采用彩色多普勒超声心动图进行诊断,以确诊患者的病情。所有病例均由手术方法证实。结果所有患者的彩超诊断结果与手术所见基本符合,彩超对于患者的诊断效果显著。结论临床上应用彩超对先天性心脏病患儿进行诊断的效果较为显著,诊断准确率较高,因此,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children.MethodsIn ourhospitalin 2009 September-2012 year in February treated 68 cases of children with congenital heart disease,clinical analysis and the actual situation of all children,and the children by color Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph for diagnosis,in order to diagnose patients. All cases were confirmed by operation method. Results All the patients were diagnosed by color Doppler results with the operation findings basically meets for the diagnosis of patients with significant effect. Conclusion The clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound in children with congenital heart disease diagnosis effect is significant,the diagnostic accurate rate is higher,therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
