摘要
目的临床分析妇科宫腔镜麻醉的效果,并对临床效果做出总结。方法选取120例接受宫腔镜手术的女性患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对照组采用硬膜外麻醉,分析比较两组患者的各项疼痛指标。结果观察组经过统计得出优为48例,良12例,差0例。而对照组的60例患者中优为22例,良为32例,差为6例。通过上述结果发现两组的麻醉效果有统计学意义。结论在妇科宫腔镜麻醉中采用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉具有良好的效果。
Objective To analysis the effect of hysteroscopy anesthetic and to make a summary of clinical effect.Methods Select 120 female patients undergoing hysteroscopy operation,then they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia,the control group using epidural anesthesia,analysis the pain index were compared between the two groups.Results After the statistics,the observation group 48 cases were excellent,12 cases were benign,0 cases is poor.The control group had 22 cases,32 cases are good,6 cases is poor.Through the results above,found there was statistical significance anesthesia effect between two groups.Conclusion In hysteroscopic anesthesia by combined spinal and epidural anesthesia with good results.
