病理的特殊检查在诊断病理中的应用分析

目的分析各种特殊检查方式的应用及效果。方法对40例血液病患者进行髓切片组织病理活检,同髓细胞形态学检查结果对比分析。结果骨髓涂片形态学检查确诊31例、疑诊4例,骨髓活检确诊40例。其中结果完全相符25例(62.5%),形态学疑诊、骨髓活检确诊4例(10.0%),两种检查结果不同6例(15.0%)。结论骨髓组织活检可纠正和补充形态学检查,具有极高的临床诊断意义。

Objective Application and effect analysisof different waysof special inspection.MethodsSpinal cord sectionsof biopsy of40 casesof patientswith hematological diseases,compared with myeloid cell morphological examination results.Results 4 cases of bone marrow smear morphology examination confirmed 31 cases,suspected,bone marrow biopsy in 40 cases.The results are consistent in 25 cases(62.5%),4 cases of suspected,morphology of bone marrow biopsy(10%),two kinds of test results of 6 cases(15%).Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy can be corrected and supplemented by morphological examination,clinical diagnosis has a very high.
